For three and a half decades, I have practiced law on Long Island. Not as a stepping stone. Not as a satellite office. This is where I live, where I vote, and where I have spent my entire legal career building a reputation one client at a time.

I was admitted to the New York Bar and have practiced continuously in New York courts for more than 35 years. My work spans three areas of law — traffic ticket defense, real estate, and personal injury — and I appear regularly in courts that many Long Island attorneys simply do not cover: Nassau County village courts, the Nassau County Traffic Violations and Parking Agency (NCTPVA), the Suffolk County Traffic Violations Agency (SCTPVA), and the New York City Traffic Violations Bureau across all five boroughs.
That breadth is not a marketing claim. It is the result of decades of showing up. I know how these courts operate, who runs them, and what outcomes are realistically achievable in each one. That knowledge cannot be replicated by an attorney who files paperwork remotely and hopes for the best.

For 16 years, I served as an elected Deputy Mayor in my community. That is not a ceremonial title. It meant showing up to board meetings, making decisions that affected my neighbors, and — directly relevant to my legal practice — serving as a liaison to the village court system. I understood how village courts functioned from both sides of the process: as a practicing attorney and as an elected official accountable to the people who used those courts.
That experience gave me something no law school curriculum offers: a ground-level understanding of how Nassau County's village court network actually works, who the decision-makers are, and how outcomes get shaped long before a case reaches a judge. When I appear in a Nassau village court on your behalf, I am not a visitor. I am a known presence with a 35-year record in this legal community.
I have lived and worked in the Great Neck area for more than 20 years. My office is here. My clients are my neighbors. That is not a tagline — it is the reason I built a solo practice rather than joining a high-volume firm.

A Solo Practice by Design
I run a solo practice. That is a deliberate choice, not a limitation.
When you call my office, you reach me. When you hire me, I handle your matter — not a junior associate, not a paralegal who passes messages, not a case manager at a call center. I appear in court personally. I return calls personally. I know the details of your case because I am the only attorney working on it.
For traffic ticket clients, that means the attorney who reviews your ticket is the attorney who walks into court. For real estate clients, it means the attorney who answers your questions at the contract stage is the one who sits across the table at closing. For personal injury clients, it means you are not handed off to someone else once the retainer is signed.

My practice focuses on three areas where I have built genuine depth over 35 years:

Speeding, moving violations, DWI, U-turn violations, E-ZPass and toll violations, and general traffic matters across Nassau, Suffolk, and the NYC TVB
Real estate law
Residential and commercial purchases, sales, and commercial refinancing on Long Island
Personal injury
Motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, dog bites, medical malpractice, wrongful death, and construction site accidents in Nassau and Suffolk
I do not handle matrimonial matters, landlord/tenant disputes, or bankruptcy. I mention this because an attorney who takes every case that walks through the door is not focused on yours. My practice is narrow enough that I know it deeply, and broad enough to serve most of what Long Island families and businesses need.

My office is in Great Neck. I have been part of this community for more than two decades — as a practicing attorney, as an elected official, and as a neighbor. Clients come to me from across Nassau County, including Garden City, Lake Success, and Lynbrook, as well as from Suffolk County and New York City.
